We aim to provide a first class experience every time, and in order to offer this we have compiled some terms & conditions. Please take the time to have a read & we thank you for your co-operation and understanding on this matter. (We know it’s wordy & boring but it really helps us offer you the service you deserve.)

We ask for a deposit on all appointments to secure your booking.  Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this allows your slot to be offered out to other clients.  If you do not give sufficient notice then your deposit will be retained.

We ask that you do not bring any plus ones with you to your appointment, we do not have a separate waiting area for friends and with regards to your little ones, our insurance does not cover under 16's in the Salon. As there are a multitude of potentially harmful chemicals & tools in the Salon we cannot guarantee the safety of your children and so must employ a no children policy.  Failure to comply will result in appointment rescheduling and lost deposit. 

Hair Extensions

All new clients must attend a consultation to assess suitability and correctly colour match.  Once the hair has been matched you agree not to change the colour or cut of your hair without speaking to your Extensions Specialist first.  

A deposit is taken to cover costs of hair, and once the hair has been ordered this deposit will be non refundable.


Please arrive at the time of your appointment.  If you are early we do not have a separate waiting area here so are unable to accommodate you before your appointment time.  Eager beavers please wait patiently in the car or if you fancy a stroll/coffee down the beach we are only a couple of minutes away.

If you are running late please let us know, we will do our best to fit you in, but on busy days we cannot guarantee this.  We allow a 10 minute window, after this your appointment may need to be rescheduled with the deposit retained.  Appointments run from the time booked, so if you are 10 minutes late for an hour maintenance for example you will receive 50 minutes maintenance whilst receiving the charge for a full hour.
